There appointment system is a shambles. I used to attend the clinic and it was pretty bad aswell, always running late but now it’s switched to online it’s even worse. This is a reply to the lies posted by weightmedics in reply to my negative review. I have reviewed all emails from weightmedics and did not even receive emails from them on the days mentioned. It is quite sad that they would resort to this sort of behaviour in order to try and deflect blame for a valid bad review.

Absolutely shocking service! They asked me to come in for an appointment knowing they shut down all their offices. I have been made to jump through hoops to try and keep this service going with them. Dreadful communication and attitude from all. Do not bother trying to spend money with this company, there are other companies out there who will take the care required for your needs.
