Absolutely appalling. DO NOT REGISTER HERE. I lodged a complaint for not providing my full medical history, which i have now been requesting for over 9 months, and for not only making a mistake in a hospital referral, but further failing to rectify the issue when immeditely notified by the hospital. Their negligence has left me to have to pay for private care. My complaint sent last year is still to receive a response.

I went into this surgery (not as a registered patient) in an emergency looking for an insulin pen. The receptionists were the loveliest people I've ever interacted with and were really helpful calling a local pharmacy to locate some insulin. Thanks so much!

I would urge people to not register at this facility. The staff have been rude to me 100% of the time and are not helpful. Sometimes calling for a doctor is very personal and stressful situation and the reception and phone staff make this experience extremely distressing. Beyond rude and disgusting attitude toward their patients and registered visitors.

Excellent GP surgery, I’ve been going here for around 8 years. Dr Wallis and Dr Verghese are fantastic, I’ve really appreciated their support and advice, and they’re really supportive about mental health issues too
