Efficient friendly staff. Felt confident before treatment which was 18 month's ago and has been highly successful.

I was very impressed with Veincentre. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly and the consultant professional as one would expect but also had an excellent patient manner

Was told they would treat my spider veins alongside my varicose veins, after treatment my doctor disappeared on holiday and it took ages to pass me to someone else for phase2. After I enquired about spider veins still being very visible they wanted another £600 to treat it. Terrible experience

The treatment seemed good, but I have been left with very bad staining. I was warned about this, and I phoned to discuss, but was just told that it will go eventually. I think they should have offered a consultation, which I said that I was happy to pay for. Two years on the staining hasn't improved at all. I would not recommend, due to the lack of aftercare.
