Booking process via AskFirst and then an automated series of questions on a call is painful. Tried to call to confirm I had an appointment with a GP, only to be put on hold by reception listening to them chatting to others and then get hung up on wasting an hour of my day trying to get through to them with no success.

Absolutly terrible! They are a private health care ripping off the NHS by repeated time wasting and clueless so-called 'experts'. They don't listen to your problem but make up their mind before seeing you and proceed as already planned. AVOID IF POSSIBLE!

This review goes to Adrian, in the blood test department. He was really helpful in taking my 80 year old uncle in to have his blood tests done. Due to receiving cancer treatment my uncle and I were 40 minutes late, after explaining the situation he was extremely helpful and understanding. Even when the rude people in the waiting room were rude and abusive to me when trying to check in on arrival, he managed the situation really well and professionally. For a few years I dreaded going anywhere near this place. BUT! In the last year it gas completely changed. Staff have become helpful and friendly, it also has become more efficient with appointments and phone calls. Also a big thank you to Dr. Catherine Sedgefield, she has helped me beyond duty. Thanks to Catherine and her staff I can now move forward with my medical condition. Please keep up the good work

They don't take walk ins for blood test anymore and Doctors at the GP or Receptionists at the GP don't mention this
