I was super anxious about an issue with my nose and throat and Dr Natalie Brookes put me at ease; was so calming, and so professional. Everything was explained to me clearly, and next steps were taken. I really appreciate Dr Brookes, and would recommend this clinic to anyone who would like a gentle but professional and thorough experience.
