I’ve always had such positive experiences at Falcon Road Medical Centre and received an excellent service from all the staff, including the receptionists, GPs and nurses. A particular shout out to all of the wonderful receptionists (including Linda who helped me today) which are always so friendly, helpful and really go out of their way to assist you and secure the best care possible. It really makes all the difference to have a GP practice that greets you with a friendly face! Thank you!

Thank you Denise. I was already feeling very overwhelmed upon calling Falcon Road. Denise picked up the phone, she was instantly calming, kind, patient with me, and listened. Denise asked the right questions, and within 20 minutes had called me back to tell me that my medication prescription is all sorted. A simple thing that I was struggling with was in fact a huge thing (for me), that Denise helped me with. Thank you so very much!!
