Call as they cancel the appointment and said it was not on the computer this was after a doc call to to rearrange a blood test

If I could i would give 0 stars to be honest. This surgery has become worse over the years. The administration staff are an utter joke. I was put on hold for so long that I managed to walk to the surgery to see the receptionist just sitting there not booking appointments. Booking appointments online is also a farce. I submitted the online appointment form and i never received any confirmation. I had to chase them for this. Eventually after being fed many stories about the doctor getting back ...

I have been with this surgery for over 31 years and I have never ever experienced such bad patient care before . They don’t like making appointments for me they always tell me to do a referral online.
Where has the patient care gone ??
The staff on the phones in the morning are rude and unwilling to help on particularly Trishna .
Will consider leaving the surgery with my family
