The consultants are very good but the secretaries are never available ! It is a nightmare. Awful place !

Just awful. Charges more than the premium international providers (e.g. Cleveland Clinic) but with zero investment in staff or services.
Admin team is incredibly unresponsive and have to follow up 5-6 times for routine things. Clinic letters take weeks to be sent, interrupting critical medications and forcing me to reschedule multiple other appointments.
One consultant in particular arrived unprepared and without reviewing notes; insisted on additional consultation (at £300!) for a simple p...

Absolutely dreadful. Avoid if you value your sanity. It is so bad that they have since had to ‘rebrand’ themselves under a new name as part of UCLH’s private healthcare wing. That should tell you everything. And yes, same rotten apples, just a new disguise.
