This is my regular pharmacy, and I'm very happy with the MedicSpot service. The appointment with the Doctor was quick and I'm very happy with the advice. Really convenient to be able to speak with a doctor online without waiting.

Terrible, brought my daughter in because she had an ear infection, they were kept waiting for 45 mins and then the GP said you have a pink ear, you need to book an appointment to see a GP. I thought that was the point of this service! Huge waste of time, we left an NHS walk in service to go to this instead and my daughter is in pain with no antibiotics. TOTAL CON and dangerous to boot.

I waited over more than an hour. The staff had no idea that I had booked an appointment, was coming in or that I paid on line. They scrambled around to find this information. When I finally got to 'see a doctor' it was over Skype on a video screen. It was so odd. He subscribed me antibiotics without testing or seeing anything. Just felt really poorly executed. I highly recommend that people do not go here. The staff is lost and experience is poor and unprofessional.
