I wouldn’t give any stars. Doctors cannot give more treatment in something like hemorrhoids and they said there’s no much option only one medicine and if that doesn’t work then there’s nothing they can do they just send you home with severe pain. Just because they don’t have more knowledge for this situation. I think they have knowledge but because is a public hospital they don’t want to invest more in peoples life . Plus they are very racism

Contrary to some reviews, my phone call was answered immediately, diligently and very politely! That was on a Friday afternoon, just before 5pm, and an appointment was given shortly thereafter.

I don't remember if I wrote a review. Giving it 5 stars because Dr. Lovat is very thorough and gave me a diagnosis that was missed by my first doctor (EoE). I like his PA a lot (she's nice), but more recently she has taken a while to get back to me over e-mail and so I've had to call more to follow up. I don't know if they are maybe busier than they were last year. I also wish Dr. Lovat had more availability he often goes abroad or is doing other things so it can *sometimes* be a long wait be... They never answer. I’ve called (in work hours), left messages, emailed, called again. No one ever responds. Just not a professional outfit and I wouldn’t feel comfortable using them now even if they did respond. I subsequently made an appointment with another gastroenterologist and have been seen already with proper and professional people. I’d avoid using this company.

Professor Lovat was kind, efficient, and effective. He took the time to answer all my questions and resolved my issue. No unpleasant surprises. I would recommend him to anyone.
