All staff is very polite and the common areas / facilities are immaculate, at the end of the day you are still at the Shard.
HCA is very diligent informing costs so I am not sure what happened to other reviewers.
Main feedback is that they are understaffed, plenty of empty receptions and waited about 30 mins for a nurse to help my query.
It does seem the specialists have very thigh booking slots, I would advice to request double slots or to be aware that about 15 mins is the time they usua...
