All staff is very polite and the common areas / facilities are immaculate, at the end of the day you are still at the Shard.
HCA is very diligent informing costs so I am not sure what happened to other reviewers.
Main feedback is that they are understaffed, plenty of empty receptions and waited about 30 mins for a nurse to help my query.
It does seem the specialists have very thigh booking slots, I would advice to request double slots or to be aware that about 15 mins ...

Chico, is amazing at taking out blood sample for blood test. No pain, when taking out blood and quick at finding a vein. he was quick while taking out the blood sample.
