Awful and so unorganised.
Paid £167 for a 30 min appointment which lasted 5- 10 mins. Then was told I would get my blood tests that evening. I didn't, so I called and they said its on its way, the results will be s

Incredible service at the Newburgh Street site

Needed an urgent blood + other tests.
Dr S. Varma conducted comprehensive but intelligent assessment, bloods and other tests done onsite. Impressive, highly efficient but with a great manner. Ascertained the issue and then provided onward urgent referral.

Arrived 5 minutes late, was told it's too late for my appointment and couldn't get a slot for the rest of the day. Waiting room and practice was empty. Hayfever injection takes all of about 30 seconds, yet the 15 minute slot booked (which I was still within) wasn't enough. luckily their system wasn't working so I wasn't charged anything.
Customer service and common sense seems to be lacking here.

I arrived 5 mins late and despite having all the slots free but the following one they threatened to cancel my appointment as i was borderline with their policy. I did some tests at 9 am and paid for the fast results, supposed to be delivered within 6 hours. After 9 hrs i havent received anything and when i called they said that isnt the case and the results will be delivered by midnight.
