Testing process was very efficient and thorough. Logistics etc. were all great. Professor Rudenko was very knowledgeable and I felt I was in safe hands the whole time. It was good to get some answers to long standing allergy problems. Overall, a great experience.

I went there to get my daughter allergy tested. We were very well looked after, they answered all my questions and explained the procedure to both of us.

Appalling levels of service. Initially was sent to the wrong address because they don't update their email signatures or website, their admin and IT systems are like something out of the 90s.
After effectively stimulating an allergic reaction they don't provide you with any form of aftercare such as just a simple antihistamine tablet.
I was then made to do a zoom call when at their practice with the professor who wasn't there and after the call was left sitting in the treatment room with no...
