The practice has gone down hill since last few months. No one picks the phone and its impossible to book an appointment online.

Not happy at all! Our family have been with the the Lavender Hill Group Practice.Since it was up on the Hill. And managed by 4 Doctors. The was 35 years ago! And every time we needed a doctor. We were able to get one within 24- 72 hours! Now we would be lucky to get one the next week! The reason being. The Dr's are taking on far too many new patients and failing the older ones!

The service there are disgusting and the staff are not helpful especially receptionist manager and the other receptionist.
