pathetic stay away from this company they are the worse and they will still your money

Juvea has stolen my money and put me through pain for nothing. They targeted me with advertisement for a deal for zoom lift surgery, after the procedure, my results were not visible at all which is ridiculous as it's on my head/face. Zero stars if I could! Absolutely shambolic, no one answers my calls, texts or emails. I paid a deposit for a treatment, drove all the way up and the machine was broken. What a waste of time and money. Waited 2 months for it to be fixed and now just been ghosted after I was promised a complimentary treatment as well as the initial treatment. I am claiming back my deposit from the credit card company now!

After 2 weeks of trying to get in contact with the clinic, I give up. Looks like Juvea is not looking to take on new clients! Followup clarification: have called eight times, emailed twice, submitted an online form once. Have not received one response.

Waste of money and time. I went with old surgical scars and was promised ‘improvement’ with their Laser Palomar Icon. It was not true. The single treatments were spread 6 weeks apart each and I had 3 of them in total; despite some skin shedding, I didn’t see any improvement at ALL.
