Most rude receptionist ever. It's funny as there's a sign of zero tolerance in the reception. Well, I hope it means it's both ways. As usual, no work ethic in this surgery by anyone. It looks like they care not helping people, working less and asking for pay rises from taxpayers! They forget that they get paid by us! My son's first immunisation appointment was delayed 2 weeks!
