Better experience second time around

We had an excellent experience with Mr Hughes at the BMI Kings Oak Hospital. We knew we were in good hands as he was very professional and calm and made no big deal about removing my daughter's tonsils compared with our GP who was very unhelpful about getting the procedure done through the NHS. Initial appointment and follow up appointments were all on time and no waiting around. I would definitely recommend Mr Hughes to anyone not sure about going ahead with a procedure!
