Ignored my Klinik form for a prescription, sent a complaint as instructed by their website and the complaint was not acknowledged within three working days as it stated.
This is the new name for this surgery. For more appropriate reviews look under the name “Grove Park Surgery” on Google maps which are not as complimentary as the below.
Edit: the email that is given below is the one to which I already complained and this was ignored.
