Not having seen me for one and a half years, I was scheduled an operation with this ENT department. I had insisted on Prof Saleh operating as I had seen him in clinic. I was told it would be him and given details of the operation on the day, to which I consented. After I woke I found that, not only had Prof Saleh not operated on me (a stranger - trainee - had) but I had not had the operation I consented to. WARNING: Do not use this ENT department. What they are doing is dangerous and illegal....

ENT department discharged me before proper full diagnosis of vestibular migraines. Now visiting clinic at Guy's and St. Thomas' where they didn't discharge after one visit. Would strongly advise better patient care and treatment until diagnosis.
