Awful clinic, avoid at all costs. Burnt my skin and took no responsibility when I’ve had derms tell me it was due to inexperienced practice. I complained for months; these people don’t care as long as they take your money. Disgusting practice. Should be shut down!! I looked a million times better before and now I’m having ongoing treatment for my burns. Shameless people would feel different if someone did this to their faces.

I am awaiting for the refund of my deposit at £200. I have been told on 6th June that it would be cleared between 3-5 days. But there has not been any. This follows after I have had a change of mind to have the treatments. Due to the doctors' failures to phone me for medical screening at the agreed time, which occurred twice. What's the matter?
